New Hire Intake Events

Students who have been offered AND accepted an on-campus job can now complete the required employment documents on-campus!

Student Employment Services representatives are now available to meet with students to complete the process Monday through Thursday from 9:00am to 4:00pm in the KL122G. The average intake process takes approximately 30 minutes to complete.

Students should come prepared with the original document(s) they wish to provide to complete the I-9 process. Photos/copies of these documents are not acceptable. A list of acceptable documents can be found here.

Students may NOT begin performing services (including training) until the intake process is complete and they have been cleared to begin working.
