Effective 8 am on December 15, 2020 UC Merced moved STUDENT job postings to Handshake. Handshake is a recruitment platform widely used across institutions of higher education and is already a familiar tool for students at UC Merced seeking to find off-campus jobs and internships. With the inclusion of UC Merced on-campus employment; students will have a one-stop shop to find both on-campus and off-campus employment opportunities.
To facilitate this move, the CatPAWS site will no longer accept new applications.
At 5 pm on December 11, 2020, all active job postings were removed from the CatPAWS platform and will no longer be available for student application submissions. As of 8 am, December 15, 2020, any non-expired on-campus employment job postings, previously listed in CatPAWS were transitioned to Handshake.

Students: Once you have completed the Single Sign-On process, you may search for UC Merced on-campus jobs using the "on-campus" search filter. For more information regarding access to Handshake and on-campus positions, please go here.
Hiring Managers/Supervisors: Applications for jobs in Handshake are delivered to assigned "Applicant Reviewers". Please go here to view information on the Applicant Reviewer role in Handshake.
