During the Job Posting Request process, the form initiator can designate multiple “Applicant Reviewer(s)” to receive an “Application Package”.
The form initiator will indicate the Applicant Reviewer(s) name and email information along with the preferred delivery of new applicant information. All packages will contain the candidate's resume and any other required documentation as indicated on the Job Posting Request form.
Delivery choices are;
- Receive Summary of Candidates after Posting Close = Applicant Reviewer(s) will receive one email after the close of the position. The email will contain a cover sheet listing all applicants in the package in alphabetical order along with each applicant’s resume and requested documents.
- Receive Separate Notice of Each New Applicant = Applicant Reviewers will receive an email as each new candidate applies with a link to view the applicant’s resume and requested documents.
- Both = as applicants apply and a summary when the position closes.
