Time Reporting System (TRS)

Hiring managers should familiarize themselves with the UC Time Reporting System (TRS). This time reporting system is essential to student employees reporting work hours and generating pay.

How Do I Open Submit My TRS Biweekly Timesheet

Go to https://uctrs.it.ucla.edu/ and select UCMerced and select  "Employee" to view your own time report and select "Manager" to view and verify your student worker's time report. Once your personal report has been completed and saved you will select "save and submit" to send your report to your supervisor who will review, approve and forward to the payroll office.  For student approval, you will select "approve timesheet" and the timesheet will go directly to the payroll office..
